A good list of equipments can be made by taking into consideration the time of the trek, weather, altitude, region, & the numbers of days for trekking. What you have to carry also depends upon whether you will arrange for everything, or you’ll hire equipment & clothing upon arrival in Nepal, or you prefer your travel company do all needful.
If you’ve book a trip with us, we’ll arrange for equipments, & manpower to carry them. You only need to carry a backpack containing your personal stuffs like money, camera, or other papers.
